We offer a convenience bundle, which is a required monthly fee of $75 and includes trash, recycling, and internet.

Water & Sewer are calculated by RUBS through a 3rd party vendor and paid to the property. *Residents are responsible for a monthly administrative utility fee of $4.75, charged separately from their monthly payment.

Stainless steel appliances in each kitchen; refrigerator, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and electric range. Each home will have a full-size washer and dryer.

Pets
Jeffers Waterfront is a pet-friendly community. Dogs are not allowed in 1st-floor courtyard facing apartment homes: 101, 103, 105, 107, 109, 117, 133, 135, 137, and 139.

Storage units are located on each floor and at two locations in the building. Sizes are typically 6x6 and a few are approximately 6x10.
We have underground climate-controlled parking and FREE surface lot parking for our residents and their guests on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Yes, we will have a limited number of spaces to rent for an additional fee per month.

Your home will come equipped with internet equipment and will be ready to go when you move in.

Balconies
Walk-out balconies are 5x10. 1st floor patios are approximately 8x10.
We have a select number of units available on the 1st floor with private walkouts.
Yes, every balcony and patio has one outside outlet.
Grills are not permitted on personal balconies or patios. Feel free to use our grills located in the courtyard.

Activities
We do! We host regular resident events to keep you as engaged with the community as you would like! If you have requests for specific events, please contact the leasing office.
Application Process
We require a $45 application fee/adult applicant, a one-time admin fee of $250 and a security deposit of $250 to take your desired unit off the market. An additional security deposit equal to one (1) month’s rent may be required pending screening results. Additional and alternative proof of income and/or identification may be required pending ID verification, screening results and/or income verification. See the performance deposit agreement upon applying for denied or voluntarily canceled applications.
We run a 3rd party criminal, background, credit and rental screening.
You must meet the minimum requirement of approximately 2.5 times the monthly rent of the apartment for which you applied for.
Renters Insurance
Tenant must obtain and maintain a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage upon move-in from a qualified insurer of their choice.
